Funding layout and breakdown

The most stressful lesson in my entire life!! Gah! But we got a lot down despite getting frustrated at george being a big poo

Amy and I have decided to work together on the individuals section of funding and this is what I have to contribute.

 

 

Funding - Individuals

 

Kickstarter- Instructions for Kickstarter and how much we will give them for pledges.

 

·         Must be a project for example, an albumn, film  or new game

·         It must fit into categories e.g. Arts, comics, dance etc…

·         Any one setting up a new kickstarter must be over 18 and within the UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

 

Now onto pledges.

 

·         We researched new theatre pieces on Kickstarter and compared some that we similar to ours. We came up with an asking price of £3,000.

 

What we will ask for:

 

£2- Thank you credit

£20- Thank you credit and poster

£30- Thank you credit, poster and discounted tickets

£50- Thank you credit, discounted tickets and backstage tour

£100- Thank you credit, poster, discounted tickets, backstage tour and meet the cast

£350- Thank you credit, poster, 2 free tickets, backstage tour, meet the cast, try on costumes and use Props

Meeting 3

Today we solidfied the 3 ideas we had discussed and started to elaberate on one of the ideas (Hotel Idea) we worked really well today and came up with the basic storyline and the layout and started plotting which characters we woyld need and how many of us wpuld need to multi role. I think we are all really excited with this idea and the endless possibilitys that we can do with this piece. It will work really well if we keep this mind set.

Meeting 2

We finalised 3 ideas today and decided the order of which we would do. The orders are in the picture. It took us a while but we finally came through with a rough idea of whhich road we want to go down with our interpretation.  We are going with the hotel idea (top left)

• Took forever but it all worked out in the end :)
